SUNSET BEACH
Sunset Beach is situated between the Golden Mile and Shelley Point developments. Stands vary in size from 585 sq m to 875 sq m. Seafront stands are getting scarce, but a number of back stands are still available. You will find a beautiful beach along this stretch of coastline.
- All back stands have designated beach access ways.
- Aesthetic requirements apply. White walls and black roofs.
- No time limit for building.

GOLDEN MILE
The prestigious Golden Mile development started +/- 10 years ago and has since shown unbelievable growth, both in the number of dwellings being built, as in the value of the property. Golden Mile is a viable and sometimes preferable alternative to Shelley Point . Typical sizes of the stands vary between 550 sq m and 875 sq m. Seafront stands are in short supply but a number of second and third row stands are still freely available.

FLAGSHIP

- Aesthetic requirements apply - basically white plastered walls and black roofs.

DUYKEREILAND
Situated alongside the Duykereiland Nature Reserve, this development, approximately 5 yrs old, consists of larger stands, all within 50 metres of the seafront. The typical size of the stands vary between 1300 sq m and 3000 sq m. Remote, but safe and secure, this jewel has a mixture of typical West Coast rocky shoreline and long, pristine white beaches. Vacant stands are still available, both seafront (limited supply) and second & third row.
- Aesthetic requirements for building apply - white plastered walls or grey face brick, with roofing in thatch, slate or tile - black, grey or a dark green.

GREATER PATERNOSTER PRIVATE RESERVE
Situated adjacent to the Duykereiland Nature Reserve, this exclusive private development boasts a limited number of shareholders (10) and is extremely private and secluded. Owners have their own Board which oversees the day to day running of the Reserve. There is a resident caretaker, access control. Levies apply.
- Time limit for building.
- Very strict aesthetic restrictions - stone exterior walls, shutters and thatch roofs.
- Roads are gravel / sand and only water is available. Solar power & gas used.
